Michael Dean was born in the Mojave Desert, bloomed in the Sonoran Desert, and currently resides in the City of Angels. I’s weird when people write about themselves in the third person.

I’m a writer, but I wear many hats, (metaphorically I don't look GREAT in literal hats). Comics / Audio series / Screenwriting. While much of my work often contains some element of comedy, the one core through any story I tell is finding the vulnerability and humanity in the face of absurdity. I think, in an increasingly changing world, that’s becoming more and more important.

My range of experience in performance, design, and development gives me the ability to realize any idea as producer or director. I love collaboration and always want to create a project that showcases the talents of the people involved.

I’m friends with the street cat out back. I named her Carly and I give her tuna.
